Great Ocean Road

We went back to the Twelve Apostles in the morning to get another glimpse of them with less crowds as at that time the bus loads from Melbourne had not arrived yet.

And from here on we stopped at diverse coastal scenery seeing offshore rock stacks, coastal heathlands and small secluded beaches surrounded by high cliffs- one more stunning than the next.

After all these sights we were in mood for coffee before coming to the end of the Great Ocean Drive so we stopped at a cheese factory for refreshing iced lattes made with their local milk and got some brie for breakfast.

The end of the Great Ocean Road at Allansford just a few kilometers further down the road is extremely disappointing! There is no end sign, no nothing. Come on, Victoria, you can do better than that! The end of the Gibb in Western Australia at least has a huge road sign that everyone takes a a picture of.
