We took the free of charge Freemantle Blue Bus from South Beach that morning to get into the town‘s center and walked to the „Round House“. This building was the first prison in Fremantle when the British tried to establish Freemantle as their colony.

The town has a laid back appearance and lots of cute little coffee shops, restaurants and cafés offer plenty of locations to meet with friends and chill.

For lunch we grabbed some pub food at “Little Creatures”, the local brewery who’s beer we had been enjoying in several places already on our trip through Western Australia.

We ended the day with a visit to South Beach at sunset and a barbecue in our AirBnB accommodation.
